How to submit an invoice on the Victim Services Portal

Steps to Submit an Invoice
To successfully submit an invoice in the Victim Services Portal, please follow the steps outlined below:
- Log in to https://vsconnect.my.site.com/counsellors/s/login/
- Go to My Invoices
- Click on New.

- Enter the following information:
- Invoice Number
- Invoice Date
- Click Save.

- For Invoice Line Items, click NEW.

- Enter the following information:
- Service Type – (Standard Counselling, Report Writing)
- Claim Item – Enter last or first name, then press enter.
- Start Date and Time – Start of session
- End Date and Time – End of session
- Click Save.

- Click Submit for Approval.

- If the client did not attend the session, please make sure to tick the NO SHOW option.

By following these steps, you will ensure that your invoice is submitted correctly for approval in the Victim Services Portal.
How to Submit a New Client
- Go to My Requests.
- Click NEW.

- Click Client Assignment.
- Then click NEXT.

- Enter the following Request Information:
- Case Number
- Client Full Name
- Date of Birth
- Date of Scheduled Appointment
- Click SAVE.

How to Submit a Certificate of Injury (COI)
- Go to My Invoices.
- Click New.

- Enter the following information:
- Invoice Number
- Invoice Date
- Click SAVE.

- For Invoice Line Items, click NEW.

- Enter the following information:
- Service Type – Choose REPORT WRITING from the drop-down menu
- Report Type – Certificate of Injury (COI)
- Claim Type
- Start Time – Date and Time
- End Time – Date and Time

By following these instructions, you will be able to submit a Certificate of Injury (COI) effectively through the Victim Services Portal.
