Edwina Cowdrey


Edwina is an Experienced Psychologist with a demonstrated history of working in Private Practice, NGO’s and Corporate Psychology. She has been a Supervisor of Intern 4+2 and 5+1 Psychologists since 2009 with all interns gaining full registration.

She set up the Psychology Practice for Barwon Division of General Practice in Rural and Remote NSW.

She is skilled in Panic Disorders, Anger Management, Anxiety Management, Relationship Counselling, workplace bullying, Stress Management and is Sira (WorkCover) accredited. Strong healthcare services professional with a Graduate Diploma in Psychological Practice focused in Psychology from College of Professional Psychology degrees from Drake University and Sydney University in Science Psychology.

Edwina has a philosophy of inclusion regardless of race, colour or creed and as a Manager believes in supporting her staff in having an inclusive and safe working environment where all clinicians have a chance to thrive and extend their skills.

Jessica Rice


Jessica is an experienced AHPRA registered Psychologist, and a South African registered Clinical Psychologist. She has a demonstrated history of working in psychiatric and neurological public and private mental health care sectors in South Africa, as well as in private practice in Australia. Jessica ran her own private practice in Johannesburg for 5 years, before immigrating to Australia.

Jessica is a strong healthcare services professional with Bachelor of Science Degree (cum laude), a Bachelor of Science with Honours Degree in Psychology (cum laude), a Master of Arts Degree in Neuropsychology, as well as a Master of Science Degree in Psychology, all from the University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa. She has also completed various certificates through the American Board of Independent Medical Examiners (ABIME) and the American College of Disability Medicine (ACDM), these include:

  • The American Medical Association (AMA) Guides to the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment (6thEdition); and

Jessica is skilled in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Enhanced-Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (e-CBT for eating disorders), Psychodynamic theory, Supportive Therapy, Group Therapy, Psychoeducation, Mindfulness, Individual therapy with adolescents and adults, and Neuropsychological rehabilitation and assessment. She has worked with acute and severe mental illness, and neuropsychological pathologies; Jessica has experience in working with a wide variety of presentations, including mood and anxiety disorders, personality disorders, neurological conditions, eating disorders, and post-traumatic stress disorder. She also has experience in facilitating groups, specialising in emotional regulation, stress, and anger management.

Leslie Spitz


Leslie is an experienced registered psychologist, registered by the Psychology Board of Australia, a division of the Australian Health practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA). She is an associate member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS).

She has experience working with adults and adolescents of various ages and cultural backgrounds.

She offers Diagnostic assessments and reports, Evidence-Based therapeutic interventions, Workers Compensation claims, and help clear NSW State Debt through the Workers Development Order program.

She is living my passion as a registered psychologist working collaboratively with my clients to create positive change and transformation. She is inspired by the belief that authenticity is the natural state in all of us and that a good therapeutic relationship is the starting point for actioning change.

As a psychologist, Leslie is well informed in research and use evidence-based therapies that adhere to the ‘scientific-practitioner’ model. Leslie is proficient in using psychological assessment for primary aged children as well as forensic assessment and report writing in accordance with scientifically based protocols.

As a later graduate, Leslie is up-to-date in neuroscience and in the way mindfulness can promote integrative functioning between various regions of the brain, optimising self-regulation and transforming trauma.

Leslie has many years of experience working with a wide range of concerns that hold people back from realising their potential. Her approach is interpersonal, solution focussed and attachment-oriented, which I combine with Cognitive Behaviour Therapy to accompanying my clients on the exciting path towards personal growth.

Asu Parr


Asu is a committed, caring and warm practitioner. She is passionate about making a difference and loves to see positive changes in her clients. Asu holds a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) from Macquarie University and is a registered Provisional Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). She is an Associate Member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and Australian Association of Psychologists Inc (AAPI) and also a WDO sponsor.

She is a motivated learner and believes in personalising interventions based on the needs of individuals. She has undertaken training in various areas including CBT, Pain management, mindfulness, emotion focus therapy, schema therapy, internal family system therapy and applied behavioural analysis. She works with children, adolescents and adults presenting with ASD, ADHD, depression, anxiety, ODD, OCD, BPD and sleep disorder. She helps children and young adults with difficulties in social skills and self-regulation. She is a therapist with life experience with an engineering background.

Prior to this profession, Asu has studied and worked in different areas including engineering, teaching, sales and management. She brought her insight and logical problem solving from engineering and married it with neuroscience and psychology. Asu speaks Persian/Farsi, Kurdish and English and works with clients from various backgrounds.
