This experience has provided her with broad clinical expertise in working with complex presentations and individuals experiencing significant psychological, psychiatric and neurological difficulties.

Clinical Psychology
Jessica works with adolescents and adults experiencing a range of psychological difficulties. Her therapeutic approach draws upon Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and Enhanced Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (e-CBT) for eating disorders.
She has experience working with a broad range of presentations, including mood and anxiety disorders, trauma and post-traumatic stress, personality difficulties, psychotic disorders, eating disorders, emotional dysregulation, and difficulties associated with significant life stressors and interpersonal relationships.
Jessica has a particular interest in developmental and complex trauma, including the ways in which early experiences can influence emotional regulation, relationships, self-perception and patterns of coping in adulthood. She works collaboratively with clients to develop a deeper understanding of these patterns while also building practical skills to support meaningful and sustainable change.
Jessica has completed EMDR Level 2 training and may incorporate EMDR approaches into treatment where clinically appropriate, particularly when working with trauma-related difficulties.
Clinical Neuropsychology
As a Clinical Neuropsychologist, Jessica has experience in neuropsychological assessment, cognitive assessment, and intervention. She works with individuals experiencing cognitive, emotional and behavioural difficulties associated with neurological and psychiatric conditions.
Her neuropsychological work includes assessment of cognitive functioning, consideration of the interaction between psychological and neurological factors, and development of practical strategies to support functioning in everyday life.
Jessica also has experience with psychological and neuropsychological assessment across a range of referral questions, including attention, executive functioning, learning and memory, intellectual functioning, acquired cognitive difficulties and other neurodevelopmental and neurological presentations.
