Anna has worked as a psychologist for over 23 years. Her experience ranges from children, adolescents, couples and families.
Anna has worked in the disability sector, schools, as well as private practice.
Her area of expertise lies in addictions, anxiety, grief and loss, trauma and motivational counselling as well as Workers Compensation.
Anna’s treatment modalities are Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy(DBT), Mindfulness based interventions, Narrative Therapy, Family System’s and Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
Anna has a Masters Degree in Psychology, a Post graduate degree in Family Therapy and a Diploma in Marriage Counselling.
